RETURN POLICY

We take great pride in our reputation for our excellent quality and value. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. We offer a 100% money back GUARANTEE. If you aren't 100% Satisfied with your order, return your order for the FULL purchase price(minus shipping). Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment.

To make a return, you must contact us within 3 days after your order arrived so we can send you a return authorization number and our return information. After you receive your return authorization number, please be sure to ship it back within 5 days to ensure your order arrives within the return time frame period.

ALL returns must be NEW and UNUSED in the original condition it was received. It must be unworn, free of perfume and smoke orders. Please return apparel and purses with the tags and plastic wrappings still intact to protect the item from being damaged or stained during transit. If plastic or wrappings are missing, there will be a 10% restocking fee. All swimwear and lingerie must be unworn and have the protective strips still on them. If any item is returned without the hygienic strip, you will not receive a refund and it will not be returned to you. All shoes must be returned in the original box they came in. If an item is damaged or breaks within 7 days after your items arrival, we will gladly exchange the item or give you a credit on your account for a future purchase.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME:

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your return. Refunds normally take 2-5 business days to show up as a credit on your account. The actual refund time depends on the financial institute your credit card goes through.

REFUND PRICE:

You will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the item being returned. Shipping is non-refundable either way. If your return price is $75.00 or more, there will be a minimum of a 15% restocking fee. There is a 15% restocking fee for all shoe, lingerie, costume and swimwear returns. Important information: If your order qualified for free or discount shipping and you return your purchase, the shipping cost that we paid for your shipment will be deducted from your refund price. If any item is returned without original plastic or wrappings intact a 10% fee will be charged.

MAKING A RETURN:

If you would like to make a return or an exchange you need to request a Return authorization number All returns made without authorization are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. You are REQUIRED to get an authorization before making a return, as our shipment warehouse addresses are DIFFERENT than our return warehouse.
